Before printing commences...
All models must be paid for before printing commences. Once payment is received, your models will be added to the print queue and your turnaround time will officially start. Please note our daily order cut-off times:
Express Service: Orders must be placed and paid by 3:00 PM.
Economy & Trade Accounts: Orders must be placed and paid by Midnight.
Orders received after these times will have their turnaround time begin on the next working day.
Lead times are not guaranteed
We would love to tell you an exact time that you prints will be ready but 3D printing is not an exact science. Lead times are not guaranteed but they are a good guide for when your parts will arrive. There are several reasons why a print time cannot be exact. Here are common questions answered around our lead times.
