No Tooling or set up cost
High tooling costs associated with injection moulding can create a barrier to production for many people. The Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printing process requires no tooling or set up, all you need is your stl file and you can start production immediately.

3D Printing offers few design restrictions
Make it how you want it! You have complete design freedom to add features and functionality that isn’t always possible with injection moulding or other methods of manufacture.

Produce 1-10,000 units on demand
Why hold stock of parts when you can order parts on demand? Our minimum order is only £40+vat+delivery so you can adjust your order size according to your requirements. If you are ordering high quantities then you will benefit from our volume price breaks.

Fast Turnaround on our express service
We have two services, Express and Economy. You can have a batch of cases with 2-3 working days with our Express service. Or for a cheaper manufacturing option our Economy services is 7-12 working days.

Minimum Print Order

We have a minimum print order of £40.00 + vat (this can be made up of different models or you can up your quantity to make use of the minimum charge)

Refundable Test Sample

No problem… We understand that you will want to test your part before committing to a production run and may not want to pay our minimum order (£40+vat). Once the full order goes ahead we will happily refund the cost of your sample. T&Cs apply.

Finishes

3DPRINTUK offers a range of optional finishing options, including colour dyeing (black, red, blue, green, yellow) vibro polishing, shot peening and vapour smoothing. All are perfectly suitable for a professional looking end use part.
