Machines, Maximums and Minimums

3DPRINTUK has the highest capacity for polymer PBF 3D printing in the UK

Our 3D Printers

Installed in house at our extensive facility, we provide access to the latest and greatest 3D printers on the market for powder based polymer 3D printing utilising SLS and MJF systems. These include:

EOS P110 Series

We have 9 of these systems in house that allow us to make parts in both SLS Nylon PA12 (PA2200) and SLS Flexible (PEBA 2301). These machines are very versatile and have shorter build times than the larger SLS machines.

Max Build size: 300mm x 230mm x 180mm

Min wall thickness: 1mm unpolished or 2mm polished

Min surface detail: 0.5mm

EOS P396 Series

We have 3 of these systems in house that are currently set to SLS Nylon PA12 (PA2200) only. These are our workhorses and can handle high volumes of parts and are used for a lot of our batch production runs. These machines offer the flexibility to print much larger parts and/or higher volumes of small parts.

Max Build size: 600mm x 300mm x 300mm

Min wall thickness: 1mm unpolished or 2mm polished

Min surface detail: 0.5mm

HP 5210

We also have installed in house HP’s latest top of the range MJF system from its 5200 series. We currently use MJF Nylon PA12 on this machine but hope to open it up to new materials in time. With vast improvements over the earlier models from HP, you know that you’re getting the best from any HP print with our machine.

Max Build size: 350mm x 250mm x 350mm

Min wall thickness: 1mm unpolished or 2mm polished

Min surface detail: 0.5mm

We do offer an objective comparison of SLS versus MJF here, but where specific mechanical properties are not a priority for polymer parts we invite you save money via our off set pricing structure.

In February 2021, the addition of two P1 series and one P3 series machines increased our machine count to (x9) P1’s, (x3) P3’s and (x1) HP5210.
