Batch Production On-demand
Are you still using injection moulding for all of your plastic parts?
Save yourself tens of thousands of pounds with additive manufacture.
3DPRINTUK is a leading UK provider of 3D printed batch production runs. We have put together a fully equipped facility including some of the most advanced industrial polymer powder bed fusion (PBF) additive manufacturing (AM) systems available today. This includes a large portfolio of Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) machines which are capable of producing low volumes of high quality plastic parts, from a few duplicates to many thousands.
The PA2200 Nylon material that we use is both strong and accurate — as well as affordable — making it a great solution for your batch production needs.
If you’re considering using 3D printing as an alternative to injection moulding, our comparison tool will be able to help you make the right choice.
With our tool, you are able to input your file dimensions to get a 3D print price estimate, as well as your injection mould tooling and unit costs. This will allow you to see what the price differences would be between the two manufacturing methods for different quantities.
Need a refundable test sample first?
No problem… We understand that you will want to test your part before committing to a production run and may not want to pay our minimum order (£40+vat). Once the full order goes ahead we will happily refund the cost of your sample. T&Cs apply.
Alternatively, if you’d like examples of our material and the finishes we offer, why not order our Sample Packs?
Price Break Discounts
Price breaks can be given in three different ways. They work independently from each other and cannot be combined. Our quoting tool will automatically default to the cheapest one.
Value price breaks – discounts given to the total value of the part
Quantity Price breaks – given to the quantity of the same STL ordered
Minimum part cost – Given to the value of the minimum part cost as the quantity of STL files increases
The Value price breaks are as follows:
£200+
£2000+
The Quantity price breaks are as follows:
2+
10+
50+
100+
250+

The Minimum part cost price breaks are as follows:

NOTE: These discount options are independent of each other and our quote system will automatically default to the cheapest of the three.
