Hymid are an injection moulding company, specialising in two-shot and other technical moulding, in commercial, medical, instrumentation fields.
We have an in-house design & development team to advise on design and guide customers through appropriate component DfM for injection moulding, including mould flow analysis.
We can be commissioned at earlier design stages, and have an experienced in-house team of industrial designers, mechanical engineers, and tool designers, with CAD modelling, A-class surfacing, and 3D rendering expertise.
We manufacture our mouldings in Torquay and have an onsite assembly services and toolroom, so we are ready to respond with agility at all stages of the product development and production.
We are also ISO13485 certified (medical devices) and have a class 7 cleanroom for products which require it.
